HCC appoints Csaba Hanko and Marc Brodnansky as Sales and Business Development Director
 

Csaba Hanko - Sales and Business Development Director

HCC Embedded is delighted to announce the appointment of Csaba Hanko to manage our sales and business development. Csaba is a native Hungarian, he has lived and worked in Hungary for over 25 years and 2 years in Germany. He has spent most of his career in operations & sales management, beginning in sales operations at the biggest German wholesaler Metro Cash & Carry. Previous roles have included multiple management positions in sales, marketing and in business development. His experience is leading to 20+ years of technical consultative sales that began with medical and cosmetic devices for several years, followed by hardware & software solutions in medical-labtech business. His experience has also included AI based video analytics software spanning multiple market verticals, including retail, security, logistics

Csaba's formal background includes undergraduate degrees in trading management, economics. Residing in Budaörs he enjoys spending time with his wife, two adult children, Hanna and Daniel and their cat called "Lacika", endeavouring in outdoor activities, touring on motorbike, traveling, and exploring new destinations. Daniel is a sound engineer student at the Solent University in Southampton, Hanna is a student of the Faculty of Medicine at Semmelweis University Budapest.


Marc Brodnansky - Director Sales and Business Development, Americas

HCC Embedded is delighted to announce the appointment of Marc Brodnansky to manage our sales and business development in the Americas. A native Californian, Marc has lived and worked in Southern California for over 25 years. He has spent most of his career in high-tech, beginning in manufacturing operations involving complex, electro-mechanical instrumentation and systems.

Previous roles have included multiple management positions in Production, Engineering, and Quality Assurance. His QA experience entailed a large number of on-site customer engagements aimed at technical problem resolution, eventually leading to 20+ years of technical consultative sales that began with several years in capital equipment systems and instrumentation. This was followed by selling standards-based connectivity semiconductor Intellectual Property (inSilicon/Synopsys), working on software solutions in Electronic Design Automation (Mentor Graphics), and embedded software inclusive of RTOS/middleware (Mentor Graphics) for the IC/SoC chip design communities. His experience has also included mechanical CAD/CAE/PLM solutions (Autodesk) spanning multiple market verticals, including medical, automotive, aerospace, and industrial. Marc was most recently with the 3DEXCITE brand of Dassault Systemes, promoting digital transformation solutions to marketing organisations in the high-tech sector.

Marc's formal background includes undergraduate degrees in electronic technology and business, and an MBA from California State University, Long Beach. Residing in the Greater Los Angeles Area in the community of Rancho Palos Verdes, he enjoys spending time with his wife, two adult children and chocolate lab, indulging in many sports, outdoor activities, travelling, and exploring new destinations.
