ST Serial Flash

TINY-ST has been specifically designed and optimized to handle ST Micro's serial flash for data. These are the M25PExx and M45PExx parts.

 

All M25PExx and M45PExx types are supported.

 

Note that the M25Pxx and M45Pxx parts are not supported by TINY because of their large erasable sector size. However, they are supported by HCC’s SafeFLASH file system.
