MAX3421 USB Module
HCC offers a module for the MAX3421E that is compatible with an SD card socket. Simply plug it into any SD card socket and communicate through the SPI interface. It can be used with any of HCC's uCDrive development boards or indeed any development board with an SD card socket that is SPI-capable.
HCC's USB host and USB device stacks can be run from almost any microcontroller using this module.
It has a mini USB connector that allows either a USB host system or a USB device to be connected. Typical applications include accessing a standard flash drive (host mode) or connecting a virtual serial port on the target which appears as a standard COM port on the host PC.
Full schematic and layout of the module is here.

This module maybe ordered directly from HCC-Embedded - please contact sales.
