Support is an integral part of the packages we sell. Since our products are highly technical, we place great emphasis on responding to users’ questions and problems promptly and comprehensively.
At HCC, support is provided directly by the engineers who develop the code and our hardware reference designs, thus ensuring that the user’s questions are answered in a technical and thorough way. HCC’s intimate knowledge of the issues that users face ensures that these issues are automatically covered in future releases, and helps guarantee the quality of both the code and the documentation.
We do not guarantee a specific response time, but generally a comprehensive response is issued within 24 hours and more often than not it will be on the same day. Please see the "Comments" section below for some customer opinions about our products and support.
