Support for NXP LPC2368, LPC2378 and LPC2468

HCC have released ports of their file system software and USB stacks to a range of new NXP devices. The packages include:

• Full SD card controller for high performance mass storage and FAT file systems
• Full USB device stack including 4k USB bootloader, Mass storage and Embedded Pipe solutions.
• USB host stack for the LPC2468
