Release of THIN version 1.70

HCC announces the release of EFFS-THIN version 1.70 which includes a super-slim FAT file system which can operate with less than 800 bytes of RAM including all data, stack and driver requirements.
Allows the possibility of attaching an MMC/SD card to a micro with only 1K of internal RAM!!
