Release of Embedded USB Stacks for Microchip PIC32 Microcontrollers

Budapest, Hungary and New York, NY – August 19, 2009 - HCC-Embedded today announced the release of complete embedded USB Device, Host and OTG stacks for the Microchip PIC32 range of microcontrollers.

HCC has ported its entire line of embedded USB Device, Host and OTG stacks to the PIC32 range of microcontrollers. This complements HCC’s existing support for the PIC18 and PIC24 range of devices. With its release of support for the PIC32, HCC now offers its extensive range of USB stacks and drivers for 8-bit, 16-bit and 32-bit Microchip microcontrollers.

Working projects, built with standard tool-chains, are available for a variety of Microchip development boards.

HCC’s embedded USB stacks are designed for operation with or without an RTOS, and can be supplied in a fully integrated state, with many RTOSes, TCP/IP stacks and HCC file systems.

In addition to the USB stacks and drivers, HCC also offers a range of boot-loader and file system options for PIC32 microcontrollers.
