High-Performance File Systems, USB Stacks, Other Software for Freescale STMP Application Processors
Budapest, Hungary and New York, NY – October 7, 2008 – HCC-embedded today announced that its core software components have been ported to Freescale's STMP range of applications processors.
HCC's USB host and device stacks, as well as its extensive file system range, have been ported to the Freescale STMP3660 and 3750. HCC software provides the highest available performance levels for the STMP3660 and 3750. Also available are a fully optimized SDIO controller, NAND controller software, and audio playback and recording modules.
All HCC software can run without operating systems, or with standard RTOSes such as CMX and ThreadX. Complete projects can be provided for both IAR and Green Hills toolchains. Others can be provided on request.
HCC's USB host and device stacks are available with a full range of configurable class drivers including mass storage, CDC serial/Ethernet, audio, printer, HID mouse/keyboard/joystick, as well as bootloaders and compatible Windows drivers.
HCC's range of file systems for embedded applications is second to none in terms of performance, generality, functionality and the ability to run in highly constrained environments. High-performance failsafe and standard FAT-based systems are available, as well as non-FAT systems for both failsafe and standard storage on most media types.
